The very controversial switchblade knife has been around a very long time. In Rhode Island you can own one but it can’t have a dagger, dirk, or stiletto blade. In Ohio you can have one but you have to buy it though a online retailer. In New York you and have one but only if you have a hunting or fishing license.  So of these laws are pretty out there but to each there own.
